Commitment and Expectations
The Coalition meets twice a year in-person in Brussels. Where possible, the timing of the convenings aligns with the meeting cadence of the European institutions and key moments and gatherings (e.g. the Housing Summit). Any associated travel or participation costs will be covered. Each meeting includes a focused policy agenda set by the Coalition's Chair that will be shared with members in advance.
Members are invited to actively participate in discussions, share their expertise, and contribute to the development of policy papers and events - including by presenting their perspectives at Coalition convenings and external forums relevant to the Coalition’s mission.
We welcome members to lend their insights and networks, and to support the Coalition by allowing their names and organizations to be recognized publicly as part of our collaborative efforts to address local housing and tourism challenges.
Note: All members and partners must sign a partnering guidelines agreement prior to joining.
